This is Riverfront Regional Park, one of my favorite places to take photos. People often want to shoot at Armstrong Woods, but photo sessions aren't allowed there, so this is the next best thing.

I LOVE being in the presence of the redwood trees, and I also really love a location that gives us a variety of backgrounds. If you know me, you know I like to move around during a session. I'm not the type to meet in one field and shoot the entire session there. I need some changes, some movement, and a little variety. This location allows for all of that.

I also loved the way these two had such a sweet, grounded energy. Their calm connection really vibed perfectly with this environment.
