Here is what to expect during the booking with Sweetbay.

We will discuss your plans, create a timeline and see what coverage may fit best for you. Everything is customizable and I always offer discounts when I can.

Once you select a package, I will send out a proposal via email. You will be able to view and sign the contract online. You will be able to pay your deposit through the proposal with Checking account or Credit card. Check, Cash, Zelle, Venmo and Paypal. The deposit is $500

We will either shoot an engagement session, do a site visit walk through, meet for coffee or have a zoom call. Sometimes we do all 4 of those :)

About 3 months prior to the wedding, I will send you a planning questionnaire, assign your photo/video team, and help with making a shot list of your must have family and bridal portraits. Making a shot list together is best done over the phone or in person. You are also welcome to provide your own portrait list and email it instead.

1 week before the wedding your balance will be due. Although you are always welcome to make smaller payments along the way. There is a 3% fee for using a credit card. But we have many other options too. Check, Cash, Zelle, Venmo and Paypal.

On the wedding day. Your team will always show up early to the venue and start right on time if not a few minutes sooner. We will help keep the timeline flow, be directive throughout as needed and be available to stay later when requested as well.

After the event whenever possible a sneak peek will be shared. The photos and videos are delivered in 4-6 weeks.
